For those of you who don’t spend their time in an online haze,
you may have not heard of Net Neutrality.
This How Stuff Works article explains it pretty well.
Essentially, the Telcos and Cable Providers want to charge more for specific services. For instance, if Tigerdirect pays Comcast a little extra, their content will be delivered faster than, say, NewEgg. Net Neutrality is the stance against such practices.
